Nothing in these terms limits a client's right to act on the observations and recommendations contained in their engagement deliverables. The restriction applies to the document itself, not the ideas within it.
Wrenlow Group provides organisational development consulting. The scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement are agreed in a separate service agreement or letter of engagement, which takes precedence over these general terms where there is any conflict.
Our work is advisory in nature. We offer observations, frameworks, and facilitation — not decisions. Responsibility for implementing, modifying, or disregarding our recommendations rests with the client.
Fees for our engagements are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are set out in each individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

We treat all information shared with us in the course of an engagement as confidential. We do not disclose client names, organisational details, or engagement content to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
We ask that clients similarly treat our methodologies, pricing, and unpublished materials as confidential.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Wrenlow Group's liability in connection with any engagement or use of this website is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website or services — including losses arising from decisions made on the basis of our advice.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing 14 days' written notice. In the event of early termination:
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms or from an engagement with Wrenlow Group shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. Where resolution is not reached within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the courts of Malaysia.
