Organisational Review Engagement

A considered review of how your organisation is currently structured, how decisions tend to travel through it, and where colleagues experience friction or dissonance. We hold confidential interviews, observe team rituals, and read internal documents at a measured pace.

In Conversation

This engagement typically begins with a scoping call, followed by three to four weeks of fieldwork and a written reflection delivered to the leadership team.

Team Design Advisory

Engagement II

Team Design Advisory

Tailored guidance for leaders reconsidering how a particular team or function is organised. We work alongside the team's leadership — holding structured sessions to clarify purpose, the work it is asked to do, and the capabilities it currently brings.

In Conversation

Delivered over four to six weeks, working closely with the team's leadership at every stage. A three-month review session is included in the engagement.

Engagement III

Culture Reflection Session

A compact engagement for leadership teams who would like a facilitated conversation about their organisational culture, conducted with care rather than spectacle. Short preparatory interviews with each participant, then a half-day session for honest reflection without blame.

Our engagements are designed to be held lightly. There is no obligation to act on our observations immediately — or at all.

What kinds of organisations do you typically work with?

We have worked with organisations across professional services, education, non-profit, and corporate sectors in Malaysia and the wider region. Our approach is suited to any organisation where the quality of people's working relationships matters — which is most of them.

How long does an engagement typically take?

The Organisational Review typically takes four to six weeks of active work. The Team Design Advisory runs over four to six weeks, with a three-month follow-up included. The Culture Reflection Session can usually be completed within two to three weeks from first conversation to written summary.

Are the conversations you hold truly confidential?

Yes. Individual conversations are held in confidence. Written outputs present themes and observations without attributing specific remarks to specific people. We are clear about this with every participant before we begin.

Do we need to act on your recommendations?

Not at all. Our written outputs are intended to open questions, not to close them. Some leadership teams find the reflection itself useful, quite apart from any action it prompts. Others use our observations to shape a change process over several months.

Can we combine more than one engagement?

Yes, and some organisations find it natural to move from a broader organisational review into more focused team-level work. We are happy to discuss what a combined approach might look like during an initial conversation, without any pressure to commit.
